Mercuur Taal is a private school, specialized in teaching Dutch for Foreigners (NT2) and Dutch for the Dutch (NT1). Mercuur Taal has been providing stimulating language training for businesses and individuals since January 2000. The driving force behind Mercuur Taal is drs. Eduard Verbree (1969). After earning his degree in Dutch Language and Literature at the University of Amsterdam, he specialized in language training for foreign language speakers. Our teachers are all highly educated, experienced and enthusiastic. They create an informal atmosphere, in which the students can learn as much as possible.

Our motto: Learning a language must be fun!

Since March 2003 the school is located in the Nicolaas Witsenstraat 5 in the centre of Amsterdam, nearby the Nederlandsche Bank and the Heineken Brewery (see the route description). In our classroom there is place for 12 students. We also provide courses on location: at your office or at your home.
